What are Invoice Rows?

By now you should be across the Cashflow Screen, and Expense rows.

Let's take a look at the Invoice Rows - these rows rows contains all of the Open Invoices (incl Credits and Receipts) in your Business System, at the time of syncing data.

If the Invoice is attributed to a Supplier, it is allocated to the Creditors Row.

If it is assigned to a Customer, it is allocated to the Debtors Row.

In the Column Headers,  the Starting Balance column is used for the Invoices that have negative total amounts. The Overdue column is for those invoices with positive amounts that are Overdue, and the Past Expected Due column is for those invoices that are not overdue but have been moved there (more on that later).

The values in the cells with Dates in their Column Header are the sum total of all Open Invoices due on that date.

These rows do not allow for manual typing of data – this is best handled in a GL or Unbound Row.
