The first two steps are the same as for Jobs (see the First Replenishment for Jobs section).
Modify the SQL Scripts.
Confirm Suggested Orders.
Step 3 is slightly different. Instead of the Create Job Orders tab, the User will click on the Create Saved Manufacture Records icon under the Manufacturing Replenishment tab:
This then brings up this screen:
As mentioned in the Settings section, when ticking Manufacture Issue or Manufacture Order, the User can choose to start their Manufacturing process with either a Manufacture Order or a saved Manufacture Issue. In this screen the User can choose to automatically create either Processed Manufacture Orders or Saved Manufacture issues for the items that need to be manufactured to meet demand (i.e. the replenishment results).
If ticking Split Records up by Sales Orders, each transaction will then also include the Sales order number in the Description field.
And finally, with the Material List Generation, the User also has the option of creating the Materials list, which is the list of components required for the Manufacturing Issue being created.
And Steps 4 and 5 are the same as with Jobs:
Generate the Suggested Order.
Open Data Automator and import the file.
