Is there a way to limit what certain staff can do in Sales.Live?

On the Action list how much information will be stored?
The Action list does not have a limit on information, In terms of Calendars, when you add an appointment, it downloads the Calendar appointment for saving to GOOGLE/OUTLOOK etc. More about Actions here: ...
In the Actions list module, can managers see each persons action list?
Within the current version of Sales.Live, an individual Sales Rep can only see their own Actions. We are expecting to add Supervisor permissions in the future. .
What about Design templates we have in Sage 100/200 (Sage Evolution)?
If there are Sales Order templates (these HAVE to be assigned to a Customer) then Sales.Live pulls these across from your Sage 100/200.
Is Sales.Live Customisable per site?
For example, the Customer screen - is it pulling through all the User Defined Fields from the customers tab? The answer is indeed yes. User Defined Fields are pulled through, for Customer and Inventory.
Is it possible to email an Order to more than one person?
Yes, at the time of submitting the document Sales.Live will pop up the email screen. This screen will have a list of contact email addresses but if there are no contacts assigned to the Customer or the contact has a blank email address this will not ...
After an order has been finalised, how do we edit that order within Sales.Live?
You cannot edit any order once finalised as they would now be in the Business (Accounting) system. Any modifications from that point need to be done in the Business System.
Will my Special Pricing or Volume Discount / Promotional Pricing sync to Sales.Live?
At this stage only Special Pricing rules will be brought across from your Business System. Need further information? Submit a ticket by sending an email to Support@Plus.Live or use the "Chat" option (note - only available within Plus.Live).
Can I restrict a Sales.Live User from seeing specific information about Customers and Products?
Yes, yes, yes! These are controlled in Roles, described in PermissionsSetup. You can control whether a user has access and whether (in stand-alone mode) they can add, edit or delete records. There are separate controls for access to costs and prices. ...
