No visible Community Dashboards

Why can I not see any Community Dashboards?

You may have selected the generic 'SQL Server' for which there are no Community Dashboards.

When setting up the connection to the Database in the Data Connector you need to select, for example Sage 200 (Evolution)  - you will then see Community Dashboards for Sage 100/200 (Evolution). 

If this is the case you should be able to edit the connection in the Data Connector or set it up again linking it to Business System.
The only time you probably will use the option of SQL Server is if you are linking to a Database that is not a Sage 100/200 Datbase or supported Business System but you still want to get some data from it to display in Dashboards.

OR

You have the correct Business System but the version of the Business System may not be supported (eg Sage 100/200 - we have started from v7 onwards, so if connecting with v6 you will not see Dashboards.
