Viewing sent emails to Customers in Cash Manager
After sending emails to Customers, you may ask the question "Can you view the sent emails anywhere?"
The answer is no.
Cash Manager is not connected to Outlook at all - it will only send emails via the clients email server.
One way around this is that we would suggest setting the BCC address to a local email so you get a copy of each email sent. We agree it's not optimal, but that's the work around at this time.
