Viewing Sales Credits

We explain more about the Sales Credits menu which shows all Sales Credits within Sales .Live.
Click on the Sales Credits menu:
A grid appears with a list of all the Sales Credits
Searching
You can search across all the grid columns by typing text into the Search field:
Viewing Details or Editing the Sales Credit
You have two options:
1) Edit the Sales Credit;2) View the Details.
1) To Edit:
Clicking on Edit will open the Edit screen and allow you to make further changes to the Sales Credit.
Then "Save Changes" or "Push to the Business System".
2) To View Details
Clicking on Details will open up the following screen:
From this screen you are offered further options:
- Send to the Business System;
- Add a Signature;
- Email the Credit
- And Export PDF.
