User Licencing within Plus.Live and associated Applications
Article Summary
This help guide article explains the User Licencing functionality around Plus.Live and other important information.
User Licences
Plus.Live licenses each individual Plus application separately, allowing flexibility on the number of Users that use each application.
Each User that is allocated to a Plus.Live application counts as a User License.
For example:
- if you have a Snapshot User Group with access to the Snapshot.Live application, and it has 4 Users allocated to it, this will count as 4 User licenses;
- The users don't have to be actively using Snapshot.Live at the time for it take take up a user license, as it is assigned to their User Account.
You can see an Active count of the number of User Licenses being used per application from the Subscriptions Page.
This can be located from the Subscription Menu Item of the Administration Menu.
The following screen will show active subscriptions
