Let's look at how to send a Reminder to your Customers with upcoming invoices, due by the end of this month.
Click on Send Select Reminders, on the left hand menu:
Head across to the Due Date Column:
Can't see that column? Right click on any column heading, scroll down, choose Column Chooser, and add.
Click on the Funnel Icon, as shown by the red arrow:
Enter From and To Dates:
Now click on Select All:
The Selected invoices now appear in Green. Choose Preview Invoice Reminders:
You can now Send Test Email. This sends an email to an email address (for example, your own email) so you can see how it looks.
Once happy with the Preview, hit Send Emails:
