Upcoming Forecast Email


This email is for the financial manager that wants an easy to visualize look at their week or fortnight to come, and a breakdown by General Ledger Groups.

This relies on a Cashflow Forecast being set as the Focus Forecast.

Setup


  1. Email - the recipient of this email.
  2. Schedule Parameters - the Frequency and time settings of when this email will be sent. Note that the email uses up-to-date data at the time you set out.
  3. Forecast Range  - this can be set to 7 or 14 days. 


The Email




  1. The Forecast Chart visually shows the anticipated movement across all accounts over the forecast period. The Bars represent the GL and Invoice movement across the day, and the Line represents the close of day bank balance.
  2. The table breaks down the table into all of the contributing rows of the Focus Forecast. It shows the opening balance, movement of each GL Account, and closing balance for each day.
