Setup Prerequisites

Before you begin setting up PlusLive AI, please ensure you have the following:

  1. An active Plus.Live account with login credentials.  The Plus.Live framework is the home for all of Plus Software Cloud applications, under the Products menu, such as Cloud Connector, Forecast, Snapshot and our DataWarehouse

  2. The Plus.Live Data Connector installed and configured on your premises

  3. At least one business system database connected (e.g. Sage Intacct, Sybiz Vision, Business Central etc.) through the Data Connector

You will also need

  1. An email address for creating your Claude AI account

  2. A credit card to purchase Claude AI credits (minimum $40 to start)

  3. Administrative access to your Plus.Live subscription settings
