Difference between Snapshot and Sage Intelligence (BIC)

- Snapshot also has dynamic drill downs. For example, on the All Sales, All Time Dashboard, you will see exactly that – all sales, for all time. By clicking on a customer (in the top 20 customers section of the Dashboard) the whole Dashboard changes to reflect what that customer buys, in which territories, by stock code etc. Then by choosing a stock item, the Dashboard changes again, to reflect information about that stock item, in relation to other customers, and territories etc.
- Further, if a customer has substantial external reporting, Sage Intelligence is an excellent option. However, if most of the reporting is required for internal dissemination, Snapshot is another option of a real time tool with no time and effort required.
