The Sales Order screen in Sales.Live

The Sales Orders Menu & Details Tab

Article Summary


We explain how to use the Sales Orders option, which shows all Orders which have been posted from Sales .Live.


Sales Orders screen




When you first open this screen it will show the orders which were posted in the previous 2 weeks.


You can expand this date range and filter the list in a number of ways - see below.


Searching

You can search across all the grid columns by typing text into the Search field:



Find a customer’s orders


Enter any part of the customer’s name here:




And choose from the list of customers.


Or click the down-arrow and scroll through the list.


Find a Sales Rep’s orders


Enter any part of the sales rep’s name here:




Find orders from a different range of dates


Click the filter icon in the 'Processed Date' column heading then:

  1. Enter the start and / or end dates in the format dd/mm/yyyy or by choosing a date from the pop-up calendar

    or

  2. choose from one of the pre-defined date ranges



See further details and / or re-post the order


You can use the Details button (see button above, in red) to show further details of the order or re-post the order.
