New or updated Snapshot licence

New or updated Snapshot licence

If you have moved or renamed a SQL Server or instance that the Snapshot database is linked to, you will require an updated licence.

All you need to do is send us the new or updated SQL server name and instance.

We will then update it on our end

When logging into Snapshot, at the login screen click on the 'Setting' tab.
On the settings tab you should have pointed Snapshot to the new location of the SQL server and instance.
Send us what you have entered in the 'SQL Server Address'

Once we update the licence, we will let you know and all you need to do is a WEB UNLOCK. Easy peasy!
