Moving from a Trial or Free Plan to a paid Business Plan

This article explains how to move from a Trial (or Free) to a paid Business Plan for any of the Plus.Live Products.

Changing Plans

You can do this under the User Menu Item from the Plus.Live Administration Menu.

To get to this menu, click the User Settings Icon (Person with Settings Cog in the top right hand corner of the screen), and then click on the Administration link. 

This will take you to the Plus.Live Adminstration Menu, where you can click on the Subscription Menu Link. 

On the Subscription page, you can see the products that you have subscribed to, the number of User Licenses that you have, and how many of these licenses are Active. (Assigned to a User). 

To modify a Subscription for a Product, Click on the Modify Subscription button, and the Plans for each Plus.Live Product will be displayed. 

Select the Business Plan, and Proceed to enter your Credit Card details.

Important: You will be billed pro rata to the end of the current Month, and then Monthly from then on.
