Is it possible to send an email to the Sales Rep when an order has been sent to the Business System?
- Under the 'Admin' menu go to users and edit a users Role / Settings;
- You will see a tick box for 'Email document to user'. Tick that;
- Also, remember reps are linked to users.
NOTE: You can also have an email sent back to the office. For example some sites want an email sent back to the warehouse for dispatch.
You would do this under Setup - General - App Settings 'Email document to back office'
