IMPORTANT NOTE AND ACTION REQUIRED:

Inventory Replenishment comes with a range of SQL Queries or Statements. There is no need to write them from scratch. We will send them to you!

Please email Support@PlusSoftSolutions.com with the Subject Line: Send SQL Scripts.

The queries you will receive are generic queries to get you started.

From this installed batch of queries, you are able to customise the queries to suit the exact needs of the business. There will be an explanation with each of the queries and some rules to follow.

There are three types of queries:

  1. Grid View Queries. These queries drive the main replenishment system including the calculation of reorder quantity, as shown in the various Replenishment grids.

  2. Enquiry View Queries. These queries create the drill down on an item to provide more detail behind the Supply and Demand totals.

Source Queries. These queries are used in conjunction with some of the grid views. For example, the supplier lookup on the Stock Replenishment screen.

You can import the scripts sent from Plus Software by clicking on ‘Run SQL File’.

Browse for the file once downloaded and bring into Inventory Replenishment.

This will populate all the required scripts.
