I'm seeing a No Connector error or my Data is not syncing
Occasionally our Data Connector will go offline or show an error - this is typically due to something happening on the server, interrupting the Connector program or its Service.
If this happens, you'll see one of:
- Your data not Syncing (for Forecast and/Sales)
- Getting multiple Sales Document failure error emails (Sales)
- The below image (Snapshot)
The first steps in fixing this should be to do the following:
- Log into your SQL Server where the Data Connector was installed
- Run the Plus Live Data Connector - you can typically find this by searching the Start menu
- Find the Connection to your ERP Database
- Stop the service (if its not already stopped)
- Start the service
And that's it! If you're using Forecast or Sales Live, you should start a Sync shortly after to bring the data back in line.
