Invoice processed but no email to the Customer yet

I have just lodged an Invoice in Sales.Live but the customer has not been emailed yet. Why not?

When you lodge an Invoice (or other document), the Invoice is sent to your business system and then an email is enqueued for it.


This queue typically takes up to 15 minutes to process (though an internal error may cause it to take longer).

We suggest contacting your partner or support@plus.live if the email takes longer than one hour to arrive.
