FAQ regarding Machine Learning

I believe we make payments on a regular schedule, but the “Fill From ML” command shows an error message. Why?

Pattern recognition is a very deep and complicated field of computer science, and something that we humans are far better at, than a computer.

There can be several reasons why a pattern is not recognized by our system. These include:

o   Too much variance in amounts paid;

o   Too much variance in payment Dates;

o   Switching between patterns in the last three years including:

·         Change in regularity (eg weekly to fortnightly)

·         Change in amounts from one steady amount to another

o   Not enough historical data (< 1 year).
