How to query in Inventory Replenishment

How to query

A user is able to query any field to ascertain the Supply/Demand of an item by right clicking on the field:

  • The Demand tab shows demand transactions which are linked to the product e.g. Sales Orders, Job Estimates.

  • The Supply tab shows supply based transaction such as Purchase Orders.


This allows the User to have access to more information within Inventory Replenishment. It saves having to return to the Business / Accounting System.

The information in these grids is also used when generating the orders and splitting the transactions up by Sales orders or by Jobs.


☝Tip 

The Supply and Demand calculation is derived from the SQL script under Settings /Enquiry View Queries. The User can customise this further within the SQL script.
