Data Connector Special Notes
IMPORTANT:
The Plus.Live Data Connector can be downloaded and set as many times as you want for 1 portal but only ever once per computer.
Then per computer click on 'Connect to your Plus.Live Portal'.
Generally this is fine for stand alone computers but if on a Terminal server for example and multiple people access it, then they must still only do it.
And example could be where Tim and Sue have a Data Connector downloaded and linked to a database or database on locate drives.
2. If your DATA CONNECTOR stops working, please check if your Business System Vendor has recently upgraded. If so, restart the Data Connector Service.
