Can I send a copy of a Quote or Order or Invoice to my Customer once I have entered the info into Sales.Live?

Yes, indeed, you can!


If this has been enabled in your App Settings the Quick Entry screen will present a screen for you to enter the email address.

If your Business System has Contacts set up appropriately, these contacts will be listed for you to select, and you won’t need to type in the email address.
