Can I schedule Dashboards to run and email automatically?

Yes, absolutely.

Depending on your Permissions, click on Schedule Dashboards, under the Admin Menu:

Then, on the right hand side, click here:

Choose the Dashboard, and fill in the relevant information - you're good to go!
