Can I re-sync a Quote, Order or Invoice if it fails to sync initially with my Business System?
For sure!
The Sales .Live engine puts your sale into a queue and will try 3 times to update your Business System, in case there is a temporary problem.
If after 3 tries your Quote, Order
or Invoice has not synced to your Business System you will receive an email explaining the reason.
You can re-submit it (after
making any corrections needed) using the Details
page of the Sales
Invoices screen.
